摘要：随着中国老龄化加剧，老年人口增多，且老年人随年龄增加，身体机能变差，心理问题逐步凸显，老年人的身心健康问题成为社会的关注点。文化因素在老年人对健康的认知和行为方面的影响是潜在、持续、深远的。通过物质文化因素和精神文化因素两个角度对老年人身心健康的影响进行文献综述，旨在为积极应对老龄化政策制定、提升老年人身心健康水平提供重要的理论参考，为进一步对老年人身心健康的研究方向的确定提供依据。
