调控牙本质形成相关信号通路的研究现状

     摘要:牙本质是构成牙体的重要硬组织,其形成受到严格的基因遗传调控。掌握这个庞大的基因网络调控系统有利于阐明牙本质发育、再生和修复过程的分子机制,进一步开发牙本质相关疾病的新型研究思路和治疗方式,帮助解决人类的牙齿疾病。针对调控牙本质形成的生长因子、转录因子等信号分子,本综述对于调控牙本质形成的信号通路和基因进行系统总结,以期为牙本质发育研究和疾病治疗提供理论和实验参考。
