摘要：社区医养结合服务模式已成为近年来社会各界广泛关注的热点话题之一，建立科学的质量评价体系对于推动社区医养结合服务的发展和提升服务水平具有重要作用。本文全面梳理和分析了我国社区医养结合服务模式的内涵和类型划分、实践困境、优化策略，以及服务质量评价的指标体系构建和评价方法等方面的研究成果。综合来看，高速发展下的社区医养结合研究虽然取得进展，但仍然存在研究深度不足、研究视角单一、研究方法较少的问题。未来需要结合实践加深应用研究、多视角跨学科补充研究理论建设、拓展定性定量相结合与长期追踪的研究方法，推动我国社区医养结合高质量发展。
