    摘要：随着信息技术的不断发展，国内各大医院都在不断加大医院信息化建设的投入，信息技术在方便医院管理，提升患者就医体验的同时也伴随着一些问题，信息系统的重复建设，庞大无效的冗余数据，数据标准的不统一等问题都制约着医院的发展。本文主要介绍通过数据治理的方法发现问题，改善业务流程、改进信息系统进而提高医院各项运营数据指标，通过电子病历评级、公立医院绩效考核等“国考”排名的上升，最终对推动现代医院高质量发展有着积极作用。
