    摘要：目的? 研究带状疱疹患者发生后遗神经痛的相关影响因素。方法? 选取2019年1月-2022年12月樟树市第二人民医院收治的68例带状疱疹患者，将出现后遗神经痛的32例患者设为PHN组，另36例设为无PHN组，收集两组基线资料，采用单因素及多因素Logistic分析探索带状疱疹患者发生后遗神经痛的相关影响因素。结果? 单因素分析显示，无PHN组与PHN组年龄、皮损面积、急性期疼痛程度、合并糖尿病、前驱疼痛、吸烟史及早期抗病毒治疗情况比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示，年龄≥50岁、皮损面积≥5%、重度急性期疼痛、合并糖尿病是带状疱疹患者后遗神经痛的独立危险因素(P<0.05，OR>1)，早期抗病毒治疗为带状疱疹患者后遗神经痛的保护因素(P<0.05，OR<1)。结论? 年龄、皮损面积、急性期疼痛、合并糖尿病及早期抗病毒治疗均为带状疱疹患者后遗神经痛的影响因素。
