    摘要：高尿酸血症(HUA)是由于血清尿酸(SUA)水平增加一种代谢性疾病。然而，长期服用降尿酸药物存在副作用，针灸作为安全有效的治疗手段，其作用机制研究进展较匮乏。本文现对近年针灸对HUA调节机制进行归纳总结，分析促进尿酸代谢、缓解炎性反应、改善肠道菌群减低SUA水平，延缓或预防HUA相关并发症的机制。
