    摘要：抑郁症是一种高发病率的慢性疾病，然而对抑郁症的病因及发病机制的了解仍然不足，其强大的遗传能力和遗传基础已从家庭、双胞胎和收养研究中得到很好的证实，5-HTR1A启动子的rs6295多态性与抑郁症伴自伤行为有关。本文就5-HTR1A基因rs6295多态性与抑郁症伴自伤行为之间的发病机制、研究现况和治疗进展进行综述，以期为预测抑郁障碍伴NSSI的遗传易感性提供参考依据。
