摘要：小气道是呼吸系统疾病最容易侵犯的区域。鉴于小气道的特殊性及小气道疾病的临床影响，在呼吸系统疾病的诊疗中不应该低估或忽视小气道病变。本文就小气道病变对慢性阻塞性肺疾病、咳嗽变异性哮喘、支气管哮喘、间质性肺病等疾病的发病机制、病理生理改变及对疾病进程的影响等方面的研究现状作一综述，以增加呼吸科医生对小气道病变的认识，为呼吸系统疾病的诊治提供新的思路。
