摘要：瓣膜性病变的心脏功能受损是导致心血管病变患者死亡的重大因素之一，尤其长时间退化性的二尖瓣的关闭不全导致的二尖瓣返流加剧了心衰。对于二尖瓣返流的治疗方式以及术后反应等情况也引起医疗界的高度关注。由于二尖瓣瓣膜疾病病理情况的复杂及危险性，提高患者治愈率及术后生活质量，需要不断地向精细化微创伤化改进手术治疗的方式。本文主要对二尖瓣返流造成心力衰竭疾病的治疗方法、临床所使用的医疗器械进行总结，分析其在人工腱索修复、缘对缘技术、瓣环成形术以及瓣膜置换技术临床试验中的应用。
