    摘要：目的? 探讨阿仑膦酸钠维D3片对骨质疏松合并股骨颈骨折患者髋关节置换术后假体周围骨密度及骨代谢指标的影响。方法? 选取2021年3月-2022年11月川北医学院附属遂宁市中医院收治的50例骨质疏松症合并股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象，利用随机数字表法分为试验组及对照组，各25例。对照组术后给予碳酸钙D3片治疗，试验组在其基础上给予阿仑膦酸钠维D3片治疗，比较两组患侧股骨粗隆骨密度、血清骨钙素、Ⅰ型前胶原N-端前肽及骨特异性碱性磷酸酶水平及不良反应发生率。结果? 试验组治疗后6个月股骨粗隆骨密度高于对照组(P0.05)。结论? 阿仑膦酸钠维D3片能够调节骨代谢，有效预防因骨质疏松性股骨颈骨折而行髋关节置换术患者术后假体周围骨量丢失，且应用安全性高。
