    摘要：布鲁氏杆菌病简称布病，农牧业发达的北方是其高发地区。该病的治疗在国内外都有一个相对成熟的方案，但部分患者的治疗效果仍不理想，早发现、早治疗对布病患者预后有重要意义。布鲁氏杆菌可感染多系统，除骨骼、脊柱、神经系统外，还可造成肝脏、心血管、双眼等感染，临床表现复杂多样。本文对布鲁氏杆菌种类及结构，常见感染部位及机制进行了综述。
