    摘要：目的? 研究蹄叶橐吾醇化乙酸乙酯萃取物(EEOLF)对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌消炎作用。方法? 测定EEOLF对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)；取正常培养的巨噬细胞RAW264.7为空白组，采用金黄色葡萄球菌作用于RAW264.7细胞建立体外实验模型(模型组)。细胞活/死染色观察EEOLF(剂量为5 μg/ml)作用于模型组后细胞的损伤情况，ELISA法测定EEOLF(剂量为1.25、2.5 及5 μg/ml)作用于模型组后IL-1β及TNF-α的释放量。结果? EEOLF对金黄色葡萄球菌生长有抑制作用，最小抑菌浓度为1300 μg/ml；当金黄色葡萄球菌作用于RAW264.7细胞后，细胞发生严重损伤，同时IL-1β及TNF-α的分泌量增加(P0.05)，当药物浓度为5 μg/ml时，炎性因子L-1β及TNF-α的分泌量下降(P0.05). When the drug concentration was 5 μg/ml， the secretion of inflammatory factors L-1β and TNF-α was decreased (P<0.05)， and the cell damage was improved.Conclusion? EEOLF can inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and alleviate the inflammatory response caused by Staphylococcus aureus， and its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects are worthy for further study. ......
