摘要：随着糖尿病发病率的增高，糖尿病肾病(DKD)的发病率亦逐年递增。由糖尿病导致的终末期肾脏病发病率已经超过了肾小球肾炎引起的终末期肾脏病，是目前造成终末期肾病的首要原因。因此，对DKD患者进行长期综合管理与治疗尤为重要，而血糖监测是其管理的重要组成部分。《中国2型糖尿病防治指南(2020年版)》推荐葡萄糖目标范围内时间(TIR)这一指标作为糖尿病患者血糖监测管理的重要手段。对于DKD患者的血糖管理而言，TIR亦发挥重要角色。本文从TIR产生背景、DKD的诊断及病理机制、TIR与DKD关系研究方面作一综述。
