摘要：近年来，罕见病诊治之难、费用之高引起社会广泛关注。随着社会经济水平的提高和国家医保体系的完善，罕见病医疗保障工作势在必行。本文以浙江某儿童医院为例，总结新医改背景下医院在罕见病医保管理中的主要做法和经验教训，为罕见病医保管理提供院端实践反馈。
