摘要：近年来，随着医学的进步，国内肿瘤康复学得到一定的发展，尤其是运动疗法被广泛用于肿瘤患者的康复训练中。目前已有大量研究证实，运动疗法不仅可以改善肿瘤患者的临床症状如躯体功能障碍、癌因性疲乏等，还可以提高患者生活质量。然而到目前为止，还缺乏针对肿瘤患者的具体运动康复指南，从而一定程度上限制了其运用。因此本文将运动疗法在肿瘤康复训练中的作用机制、可改善的障碍、运动处方等方面进行分析总结，以期为临床工作提供指导与借鉴。
