摘要：股骨颈骨折时，由于股骨颈局部特殊的解剖结构和脆弱的血液供应，给治疗带来了严峻的挑战，如果治疗不当极易造成股骨头缺血性坏死。各类手术治疗方式在能够更好地维持骨折端稳定性，减少股骨头颈部血供损伤、减少内固定失败及术后并发症等方面，目前还缺乏共识。本文综述了股骨颈骨折不同的手术入路的特点及不同手术治疗方案的优缺点和适应证。

    Selection and Treatment of Surgical Approach for Femoral Neck Fracture

    Abstract：In femoral neck fracture， due to the special anatomical structure and fragile blood supply of the femoral neck， it brings severe challenges to the treatment. If not treated properly， it is easy to cause avascular necrosis of the femoral head. There is still a lack of consensus on the various surgical treatment methods to better maintain the stability of the fracture site， reduce the blood supply injury of the femoral head and neck， reduce the failure of internal fixation and postoperative complications. This article reviews the characteristics of different surgical approaches for femoral neck fractures and the advantages， disadvantages and indications of different surgical treatments. ......
