摘要：肝纤维化是慢性肝病发展为肝硬化或原发性肝癌的关键，减轻或逆转肝纤维化成为近年研究热点。中医药在抗肝纤维化方面具有调控肝星状细胞、平衡细胞外基质、抑制上皮间质转化等作用，本文就中医对肝纤维化的认识、病因病机，以及对近年来中医益气活血法治疗肝纤维化的研究概况进行综述，以期为临床应用及后续研究提供支持及依据。

    Research Overview of Anti-hepatic Fibrosis Mechanism of Yiqi Huoxue Method

    Abstract：Liver fibrosis is the key to the development of chronic liver disease into cirrhosis or primary liver cancer. Reducing or reversing liver fibrosis has become a research hotspot in recent years. Traditional Chinese medicine has the effects of regulating hepatic stellate cells， balancing extracellular matrix and inhibiting epithelial-mesenchymal transition in anti-hepatic fibrosis. This paper reviews the understanding， etiology and pathogenesis of liver fibrosis in traditional Chinese medicine， as well as the research progress of Yiqi Huoxue method in the treatment of liver fibrosis in recent years， in order to provide support and basis for clinical application and follow-up research. ......
