摘要：人工智能(AI)是计算机领域的一项前沿技术，主要应用集中在模拟、延伸并扩展人类智力。医学的相关领域中，AI在医学影像学诊断、临床病理诊断、临床治疗决策等方面表现出越来越重要的价值。目前，上消化道早期癌发病率逐年上升，早发现、早诊断和早期个体化精准治疗对改善患者的预后至关重要。AI可提高上消化道相关早期癌诊断的准确率及效率，同时可协助临床完成对患者的诊疗决策。本文探讨了AI在上消化道早期癌领域的应用，并对其应用前景进行展望。
