重度抑郁症生物标记物研究

     摘要:重度抑郁症(MDD)是一种严重的精神疾病,患病率约为15%,给社会带来巨大的压力。然而抑郁症的发病机制尚未明确,缺乏客观的诊断方法,生物标志物是可测量的指标,可以帮助诊断MDD、预测或跟踪对治疗干预的反应。本文主要对重度抑郁症生物标志物的研究进行了综述,包括常见生化、遗传组学、蛋白质组学等生物标志物,以期为MDD客观诊断和疗效预测提供新的思路和理论依据。

    Study on Biomarkers of Major Depressive Disorder

    Abstract:Major depressive disorder (MDD) is a serious mental illness with a prevalence rate of about 15%, which brings enormous pressure to the society. However, the pathogenesis of depression is not clear, and there is a lack of objective diagnostic methods. Biomarkers are measurable indicators that can help diagnose MDD and predict or track response to therapeutic interventions. This article mainly reviews the research on biomarkers of major depression disorder, including common biochemical, genetic, proteomic and other biomarkers, in order to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for the objective diagnosis and efficacy prediction of MDD.
