摘要：肠道微生物组是人体内一个复杂的微生态系统，与许多肠内外疾病的发生和发展密切相关。近年来，越来越多的研究表明，肠道微生物在肺癌的发生、发展、诊断及治疗中扮演着不可忽视的角色。本文基于对肠道微生物与肠-肺轴以及免疫系统关系的深入探究，重点介绍了其在影响肺癌发生、进展和免疫检查点抑制治疗方面所起到的作用，并总结了目前可行调节肠道微生物以提高免疫治疗效果方法，同时也指出可能存在困难和挑战，为免疫检查点抑制剂在肺癌治疗中的应用提供参考。
