摘要：山茱萸作为重要的中药资源，其开发利用在自然研究领域中占据着重要地位。近年来，随着现代化工艺的不断进步，关于山茱萸理化性质的研究取得了较大突破。多项研究发现，山茱萸的化学成分主要为环烯醚萜、鞣质、糖甙等，其药理作用可体现在降血糖、抗炎、抗氧化、保护神经元及抗肿瘤等方面。为了进一步明确山茱萸的临床药用价值，本文对该药的化学成分及药理作用进行综述。
