摘要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种常见且复杂的慢性疾病，免疫功能障碍是导致COPD发生发展的重要原因。2型糖尿病(T2DM)是COPD患者常见的共病，可致患者免疫功能异常，使机体更易被感染和发生炎症反应。两种疾病共存一体将严重影响患者的免疫功能及预后。本文就免疫功能紊乱对AECOPD的影响、T2DM所致免疫异常对AECOPD的影响、AECOPD合并T2DM的共同诊疗等进行综述，以揭示免疫异常在两种疾病之间的相互影响、提高对此类患者免疫系统的认识，为临床治疗提供新思路。
