circMTO1参与宫颈癌发生发展的作用通路研究
摘要:宫颈癌严重威胁女性健康,寻找早期诊断敏感指标非常重要。环状RNAs(circRNAs)通过充当microRNA海绵与蛋白质相互作用参与恶性肿瘤的发生发展。circMTO1在许多恶性肿瘤中异常表达,在宫颈癌中,circMTO1通过miR-6893/S100A1通路可能以调节细胞周期、促进抗凋亡途径、促进血管形成的方式,以及通过miR-6893/自噬信号以促进DNA及染色体的损伤、诱发细胞氧化损伤的方式参与宫颈癌发生发展。本文对上述发生机制进行总结,以期为宫颈癌的诊断提供新思路。关键词:宫颈癌;circMTO1;miR-6893;S100A1;自噬

Abstract:Cervical cancer is a serious threat to women's health.
