摘要：目前医院信息系统已经解决了患者在系统中大部分检查报告的数据存储及浏览访问，但仍有一些特殊科室的检查项目没有纳入医院的信息体系内，这些报告的检查系统很难通过接口的形式进行数据对接，造成信息孤岛。本文通过建设特检系统，利用Spy++工具和身份注入功能将患者基本信息注入到第三方系统内，保证第三方系统信息与医疗信息系统一致，实现了检查报告的审核发布存储及浏览查看，有效解决了医院孤岛系统内检查报告的信息化管理问题。
