摘要：目的" 探讨CT三维重建技术在骨关节创伤诊断中的应用效果。方法" 选取2022年1月-2023年6月宁都县中医院收治的140例骨关节创伤患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和研究组，每组70例。对照组应用X线平片检查，研究组应用多层螺旋CT三维重建技术检查。比较两组诊断准确率以及图像质量。结果" 研究组肘关节骨折、腕关节骨折、Colles骨折、髋关节骨折、胫骨平台骨折、尺桡骨骨干双骨折、桡骨远端骨折及总体诊断准确率高于对照组(Plt;0.05)。研究组图像质量优良率高于对照组(Plt;0.05)。两组骨折内固定质量的评估效果比较，差异无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05);研究组骨折复位的评估效果优于对照组(Plt;0.05)。结论" CT三维重建技术诊断骨关节创伤患者的准确率较高，图像质量清晰，能够更好的评估手术效果，值得临床应用。
