摘要：高校共享实验室在支撑人才培养、科学研究和社会服务方面的重要性日益凸显，但高校共享实验室存有安全隐患多样、人员流动性大、实验室场所分散性、实验内容具有探索性等特点，面临着巨大的安全压力。本文将本质安全理念引入实验室管理中，分析实验室管理中的四要素，构建出科学有效的管理模式，以期为提升高校仪器共享实验室的管理质量和管理效率提供参考。
