RDW与高血压、动脉硬化的相关性
摘要:红细胞分布宽度(RDW)反映外周血红细胞体积大小的变异程度,异常的RDW提示红细胞生成障碍和生存周期的异常。近年来研究发现,RDW与高血压及动脉硬化程度密切相关,RDW水平升高可初步预测高血压和动脉硬化的发生发展、严重程度及不良预后,其相关机制可能与氧化应激、慢性炎症、红细胞稳定性与变形性、肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)系统激活及交感神经活性亢进相关。本文旨在通过对RDW与高血压、动脉硬化的相关性及其可能的病理生理机制进行综述,探讨RDW评估高血压及动脉硬化发生风险及预后的临床意义和价值,以期为心脑血管疾病的早期诊疗及预后评价提供依据。关键词:RDW;高血压;动脉硬化
