摘要：枸杞多糖作为枸杞的主要活性成分，具有调节免疫、减缓炎症因子释放、抗氧化应激、改善骨代谢等作用，常应用于治疗周围神经损伤、膝骨关节炎、腰椎间盘退化、骨折、骨肉瘤、股骨头坏死、骨质疏松等骨科疾病。本文对枸杞多糖治疗骨科疾病及相关机制进行详细阐述，以期为临床运用枸杞多糖治疗骨科疾病提供参考。
