摘要：乳腺炎是一种常见于产后妇女的乳腺组织炎症性疾病，发病率约在33%左右，常常会造成母乳喂养停止，因此而影响到新生儿的健康。蒲公英作为一种传统中药，已被广泛用于预防和治疗多种炎症性和感染性疾病，也被临床用于治疗乳腺炎。然而，其在体内治疗乳腺炎的科学原理和机制仍不清楚。本文综述了蒲公英在各类炎症模型中的作用机制，探讨了蒲公英在治疗产后急性乳腺炎过程中的可能机制，旨在分析蒲公英在抑制炎症、抵抗细菌感染中的可能作用机制，也为进一步明确其机制提供更多的参考方向。
