摘要：目的" 探讨肿瘤标志物CEA、CA-199联合检测在消化道肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法" 选取2020年1月-2023年12月泰和县人民医院收治的60例消化道肿瘤患者为恶性组，选择同期60例消化道良性病变患者作为良性组，健康体检者60例作为对照组。通过胃肠镜检查判断有无胃肠道肿瘤，分别检测CEA、CA-199比较各组诊断情况。结果" 恶性组CEA、CA-199水平高于良性组及对照组，良性组CEA、CA-199水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。恶性组CEA、CA-199阳性检测率高于良性组(P<0.05)。以手术病例活检为金标准，CEA、CA-199联合检测的诊断效能优于两项肿瘤标志物单一检测(P<0.05)。结论" 肿瘤标志物CEA、CA-199联合检测在消化道肿瘤诊断中的应用价值确切，能作为肿瘤良恶性鉴别标准，同时能够提高消化道肿瘤诊断敏感度。
