线粒体自噬与肾损伤理论探讨

     摘要:目前不明原因肾损伤患病率逐年上升,其死亡率也逐年增加,已经成为高度流行的疾病,不仅影响患者的生存质量,也给社会造成严重负担,而受损伤线粒体发生自噬时在肾疾病中也起重要调控作用并且极为关键。线粒体自噬通过清除受损、功能障碍的线粒体,同时减少活性氧积累达到保护肾小管上皮细胞作用,是生理和病理条件下线粒体质量控制的重要机制。因此,清除受损的线粒体对机体稳态和生存极为重要。本文旨在通过线粒体自噬相关途径寻求靶点调控以期为防治肾损伤、延缓其进入慢性肾脏病提供思路和策略。
