以社区模型为例的动态人口监测传染病分级预警模型研究

摘要:以“具体到人”传染病防治预警为目标,智慧化多点触发传染病预警体系为决策引导,结合人机预警的管理模式,搭建动态人口监测传染病分级预警模型研究架构。建立多源数据、多维指标动态人口模型的动态汇聚,通过赋分规则集中研判,对预警人员积分分值分级为一级、二级、三级、四级4级预警,并驱动“网格化管理”处置流程,实现动态数据、多点触发、赋分研判及分级预警。动态人口监测传染病分级预警模式,为传染病监测预警人员指标细化及人口动态管理提供参考。
