摘要：目的" 基于生物信息学探讨核糖体蛋白8(RPS8)在骨软组织肉瘤(SARC)中的表达，并评估SARC患者预后的价值及其与免疫浸润的相关性。方法" 通过GEPIA数据库分析RPS8在SARC中的表达，通过GEPIA、Sangerbox数据库分析RPS8与肿瘤患者预后的相关性，通过Timer数据库分析RPS8与免疫细胞浸润的相关性，通过STRING数据库分析RPS8在SARC患者中与各种蛋白表达的相关性。结果" 肿瘤组织中RPS8表达水平高于正常组织，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；RPS8低表达组患者的生存期较高表达组显著延长，且PRS8高表达的男性患者预后最差(P<0.0001)；RPS8与B细胞、CD8+T细胞、树突状细胞、中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞的浸润呈负相关，但与肿瘤纯度、CD4+ T细胞无相关性；RPS8在SARC中的表达与TRMT基因家族、DNMT38、NOP2等RNA修饰基因密切相关，与VEGFB、TGFB1等免疫检查基因具有高度的相关性；TP53、ATRX、TTN是SARC中与RPS8表达相关度最高的前3项突变过程；且RPS8与RPS、RPL家族蛋白有显著的联系。结论" 在SARC患者中，RPS8的高表达与预后、免疫浸润密切相关，是SARC患者预后的危险因素，有望作为新的生物学标志物评估SARC患者的预后。
