摘要：推动临床研究行业发展，保障临床试验高效有序推进，是高水平医院建设工作不可或缺的一环。临床研究项目耗时长，涉及人、财、物事项多，专业性强，且管理规范、稽查严格，许多环节都需要信息系统进行技术支撑。本文以中山大学肿瘤防治中心临床研究业务中的信息化建设实践为例，概述肿瘤专科医院临床研究信息化建设和应用情况。

    Abstract： Promoting the development of clinical research industry and ensuring the efficient and orderly progress of clinical trials is an indispensable part of the construction of high-level hospitals.
