摘要：目的" 探讨宁夏某医院集团内患者下转的现状。方法" 选择我院2021年1月-2023年12月住院，并使用我院信息中心自主研发的医院集团双向转诊信息系统管理的患者为研究对象。分析患者性别、年龄、科室、下转医院级别、所在地区及类别分布。结果" 我院临床科室通过医院集团双向转诊信息平台共下转患者1572人，其中男862人，女710人，平均56岁。内科下转患者中男性占比66.63%，60～79岁年龄段占比48.47%；外科下转患者中女性占比61.55%，35～60岁年龄段占比50.61%。患者下转至医院集团内县级医疗机构的比例为47.71%，公立医疗机构比例为95.99%，综合类医疗机构比例为87.66%。结论" 我院临床科室向医院集团内医疗机构下转的患者主要以内科治疗、外科恢复期短、中年人群为主，应加强住院患者下转政策宣教，提高患者对下转的认知度，同时提升基层医疗卫生机构接诊能力，打通下转渠道，落实分级诊疗。
