摘要：目的" 分析影响冈上肌腱修补术后再发撕裂的术前相关因素。方法" 回顾性分析2019年10月-2020年12月我院因冈上肌腱撕裂行肩关节镜下肩袖修补手术病例，共纳入患者82例，随访时间12个月，根据术后随访时磁共振检查结果分为未再撕裂组和再撕裂组，比较两组年龄、性别、体质指数(BMI)、糖尿病史、冈上肌脂肪浸润(Goutallier标准)、肌腱撕裂宽度、肌腱回缩、肩肱间隙，分析影响术后再发撕裂的因素。结果" 单因素分析结果显示，两组年龄、冈上肌脂肪浸润、撕裂宽度和肌腱回缩比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；多因素分析结果显示，年龄、肌腱回缩和撕裂宽度是再撕裂的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论" 年龄、肌腱回缩和撕裂大小是冈上肌腱修补术后再发撕裂的主要术前影响因素，可作为临床医生预测术后再撕裂的重点参考因素。
