摘要：目的" 探究围绝经期异常子宫出血诊治中宫腔镜检查的应用价值。方法" 选取2020年10月-2023年10月芦溪县人民医院妇产科进行治疗的60例围绝经期异常子宫出血患者为研究对象，分别进行阴道超声检查和宫腔镜检查，比较两种诊断方法的敏感度、特异度与符合率。结果" 60例围绝经期异常子宫出血患者中，疾病阳性48例(80.00%)，阴性12例(20.00%)。其中阴道超声诊断阳性42例(70.00%)，宫腔镜诊断阳性46例(76.67%)。宫腔镜检查诊断的敏感度与特异度分别为95.83%、83.33%，高于阴道超声诊断的87.50%、33.33%(P<0.05)。宫腔镜检查诊断的符合率为96.67%，高于阴道超声检查的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论" 相较于常规阴道超声，宫腔镜检查在围绝经期异常子宫出血疾病诊断中具有更为确切的效果。
