辣椒素治疗肥胖症的作用机制

     摘要:肥胖症已经是日益严重的公共健康问题,严重危害人类的健康。辣椒素是中药辣椒中的重要活性物质,具有镇痛、抗炎、抗氧化、促进食欲、改善消化等作用,是一种较新的降脂、降糖物质。本文从肥胖症的成因影响因素(遗传因素、内分泌因素、代谢因素、免疫因素、肠道微生物因素)、形成机制(调控饮食中枢、改善脂质代谢、调节肠道菌群、改善胰岛素抵抗)等方面阐释辣椒素的减肥作用机制,为中医药减肥提供一种新的思路和策略。
