甘油三酯葡萄糖指数、预后营养指数与急性缺血性卒中的关系研究

     摘要:急性缺血性卒中(AIS)发病率及患病率不断上升,已成为全球性的公共卫生问题,因此进一步探索脑卒中病情进展的相关因素具有重要意义。甘油三酯葡萄糖(TyG)指数作为一种新型胰岛素抵抗替代指标,预后营养指数(PNI)作为营养免疫学指标,被证实与急性缺血性卒中相关,可预测其发生、发展和预后。故可推测TyG指数与FNI联合检测,可增加AIS患者预后的预测效能。此外,TyG指数、FNI可获取性高、操作简便易行、价格低廉,易于临床运用。现将TyG指数、FNI与急性缺血性卒中发生、发展及预后的关系进行阐述,为AIS的临床研究提供新的预测指标。

    Abstract: The incidence and prevalence of acute ischemic stroke (AIS) are increasing, which has become a global public health problem. Therefore, it is of great significance to further explore the related factors of stroke progression. Triglyceride glucose (TyG) index, as a new alternative index of insulin resistance, and prognostic nutritional index (PNI), as a nutritional immunological index, have been confirmed to be associated with acute ischemic stroke, which can predict its occurrence, development and prognosis.
