法尼醇X受体对血糖代谢的调控作用

摘要:法尼醇X受体(FXR)是一种胆汁酸受体,参与了胆汁酸的合成、运输、重吸收和调节糖代谢等重要过程。特别是在糖代谢方面,肝脏中的FXR有调节糖异生和糖原合成的作用,肠道中的FXR可以通过多种途径调节肠道吸收和转运葡萄糖。研究表明,FXR有可能成为控制糖尿病的一个靶点。然而,关于妊娠期FXR如何调节血糖仍需要进一步探讨。考虑到肠道菌群也可能参与FXR调节糖代谢的过程,需要进一步探讨肠道菌群-FXR通路在妊娠期血糖代谢调节中的作用。本文主要从肝脏或肠道中FXR对血糖代谢的调控以及对妊娠期血糖代谢方面相关研究进行综述,旨在为进一步探索FXR对妊娠期血糖代谢功能影响及机制提供参考。关键词:法尼醇X受体;血糖代谢;妊娠期糖尿病;2型糖尿病;胆汁酸
