摘要：近年来，随着新型局部麻醉药物的出现、超声定位技术的发展，操作的安全性明显提升，麻醉阻滞效果得到显著提高，药物不良反应发生率显著降低。同时，随着局部麻醉的广泛应用、成人神经阻滞技术的发展与完善，儿童区域麻醉在围手术期的可行性、有效性和安全性也逐步被深入研究，其作用与优势也逐渐被临床所认可。本文将围绕儿童区域麻醉的生理学表现、临床操作、禁忌证、并发症展开综述，分析儿童区域阻滞麻醉的近期趋势，探讨临床技术的研究进展。
