Analysis of the Accuracy of Ultrasound Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy and its Influencing Factors

    Abstract：Obectieaateucfulrasodinhosisfoicregncdtsfuengtoseodsalof patientswithuspectetopicpregancyoeretreatedinLngnanHspialofTadiioaCineseediciefroJuary2tOctob were selected as the research objects.Ultrasound diagnosis was performed before or after admision.Urinary T I+ ，decreased blood HCG，posterior forixperforatonwitoutcoagulationultrasoundrexaminationandsurgicalmetodswereusedastegoldstandardtoanalyzetevalueof ultrasoundinasioicacddeedntiscofsedosisdagsisoicc ultrasoundwereaalydResultsTheostivepredictivevalue，negativepredictivevalueensitityspecifityccuracy，Youdeie misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of ectopic pregnancy diagnosed by ultrasound were 9 7 . 4 4 % ， 8 0 . 9 5 % 9 0 . 4 8 % 9 4 . 4 4 % 9 1 . 6 7 % ， 8 4 . 9 2 % ， (204号 5 . 5 6 % and 9 . 5 2 % ，respectively.Univariate analysis showed that diffrent BMI，pelvic effusion，decreased serum β -hCG，menopause time and unexplaiedpregnancywere theinfluencing factorsof theaccuracyof ultrasounddiagnosisof ectopicpregnancy .Multivariate analysis showed that ......
