    Abstract：ObjectieTexloetdagosticvaluofmagetsoancmagin)iscusijuryofnetMetodstotalof5 patientswithsuspectedmeniscusijuryofkneetadmitedtoHukouCountyPeople'sHospitalfroJanuary1toOctober3weeseleted astheresearchctslldlbseredetdrtosoaostiacofoesstd thedetetiootssjuisealdosisteofadooinadiggosisfsuys analyzed.Results The diagnostic accuracy of MRI for meniscus injury of knee joint was 9 2 . 0 0 % ，the sensitivity was 9 3 . 1 8 % ，and the specificity was 8 3 . 3 3 % .Therewasno significant diferencein the detectionresultsof meniscus injury between MRIand arthroscopyappa test，the diagnostic results of MRI and arthroscopy for meniscus injury grading were moderately consistent( K =0.582).Conclusion MRI can play a high diagnosticefesjuofetditetoisodicosiieeaofef meniscus injury.
