    异常子宫出血(abnormaluterinebleeding)是妇科常见的症状和体征，是指与正常月经的周期频率、规律性、经期长度、经期出血量任何1项不符的、源自子宫腔的异常出血。异常子宫出血不仅要接受药物治疗，还要重视日常的护理，临床实践经验表明，异常子宫出血必要时应给予护理治疗干预，以避免病情加重，引发头晕、贫血等并发症，缓解不良情绪。常规护理的内容以用药指导、病房管理等为主，这类护理措施在没有细化的状况下，无法对患者的病情产生根本的影响，效果欠佳。通过精细化护理，有助于改善患者不良生活习惯，根据检查结果对症下药，养护子宫内膜，促进内分泌恢复正常，促进治疗有效性。基于此，本研究选取县人民医院收治的60例异常子宫出血确诊患者作为研究对象 ......
