    Abstract：Obetiealyhlcalcyfeiiihreaetofpreacdcedertesiootalf 76patientswihdmitedtoeXijanDistrcteoplesHspialfroJauar22tDeceber3ereadmldvideditoeatio group(38patients)ndotolop38ints).Totrolgoupastreatedwiagsslfaedteoeatogoupastatedi nifedipineofateatiolodpssuedeilopsueBst (DBP)，pdiaotetoedgcidaoad groups.ResultsThetreatmentefcacyintheobservationgroup wassignificantly higherthanthatinthecontrolgroup( lt;0.05).After treatment，both theSBPndDofthetwogrousreloertantoeeforetreamentoreoveteSBdDfebsevatiogoupereiiictly lower than those of the control group ( Plt; 0.05).After treatment，the urine protein contentand edema scores of both groups decreased than those before treatment，and those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group ( Plt; 0.05).The incidence of adverse drugreactions was no significant difference between the two groups ( Pgt;0 . 0 5 ).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( ......
