    Abstract：OjetiTvestigatecaletofaloaltaoutepulpioplicatedirapialulisasdis effectnperodotalaltetdsAtotalofatitsicuteulpiompcatedithaicaluseaseitdtoJagibi HospitalfromNovebertoovember23ereadolydividedintotogrouseotrolgoup(36)asgivenoutitreantand thestdygo3iealadoaleetale index(BI)，plaquedex(PL)ndingivalindex]，lammatoryidexinterleukin-6(-6)，-8，mornoict (TNF-α)] and pain degreewereomparedbetweentetwogroupsResultsetotalfetieateoftreatmentintsudygoupasighertantatinthtol group .After treatment，the periodontal pocketdepthofthe study groupwas lower than that of the control group( Plt;0 . 0 5 .Theperiodontal index (BI，PLI，GI) and inflammatory indexlevels (IL-6，IL-8，TNF- ) in thestudy group were lower than those in the control group ( Plt;0 . 0 5 ). The degree of pain in the study group was lower than that in the control group Plt;0 . 0 5 ) .Conclusion Oral root canal therapy has a definite clinical ffect inthetreatmentofacutepulpisomplicatedwithperiapicalpuldiseaseichcanduceteepthfperiodontalocketandperiodotalide and reduce the inflammatory response and pain degree of patients.It is worthy of clinical application. ......
