The positive rates of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg)andhepatitisBsurfaceantibody(HsAb)werecomparedbetweethetwgroups.ResultsUnivariateanalysisshowedthatgenderand marital statushad little effect onadult hepatitisB vaccination( Pgt;0 . 0 5 )，whileage，educationlevel，familyhistoryof hepatitisB，hepatitisBprotection behavior，hepatitis B knowledge cognition and occupation had great influence on the whole course vaccination of hepatitis B vaccination in adults ( P gt;0.05).MuliLstilodatutiolevelltopaiistio hepatitis B wereindependent influencing factors for thewhole course vaccinationof hepatitis B vaccination inadults( P - lt;0.05).Thepositive rate of HBsAginthsudygroupaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroupandtheposiverateofHsAbwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup ......
