    Abstract：Obeidesadeeceelalacteiofuseospiadde ascientificbasisfolcalagossndtreamntofEBviusifetiotosAtotalof96drenoerespialedifl RenheHospitalofChinareeGorgesUniversityfromJanuary18toDecember3wereselectedasteresearchbectsELSwsusedto detectEBviusolcaibdtisaltisealdlt 9960 blood samples，7083(71.11 % )samples of the antibody profiles indicated EB virus infection，including 971( 9 . 7 5 % ) samples were current infections，1305 (13.10%) sampleswere subacute infections，and 4807(48.26 % )sampleswere previous infections.Therewere 3323 positive cases in 4720 male specimensand 376O positive cases in 5240 female specimens.The positive rates of maleand female were 7 0 . 4 0 % and 7 1 . 7 6 % ， respectivelyTeghestpositiveateofEBviusinefectedgegrouas6earsoldAmoglodsaples76casofiu positive were detected，with a positive rate of 87.71 % . In the disease spectrum of 971 children with current infection，there were 357 patients with infectious mononucleosis，accounting for 3 6 . 7 7 % ；followedby244 cases ofacutebronchitis ......
