    Abstract：Obeixplosctosflllngceiaiaadertrovdlbassor preventiondeatallllungeiesotalf8sallellung People'sHospiaofQianinanBuiandMaoAutooousPrefecturefromJuary1tDeceber22werecltedasthebseatiooup and286patientsoralypeoplexceptfoomallellunganceweresledseontrolopdmitedtohseodee selectedthscoalllgatisllaod analysisdicoaiol malantd incidenceofoallellungaeinseaeexplodesultsUvaatealisdattsctoofallln cancerinthisarea weresmoking，passivesmoking，historyofrespiratorydiseases，andhistoryofoccupational exposure( Plt;0 0.05).Multivariate analysis showedthatall7 of respiratory diseases (OR=230.539， P =0.007)and history of occupational exposure(OR=22.666， P =0.029).And smoking could promote the metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer to a certain extent( χ² =14.836，P=0.0o0)，and affect the location of NSCLC χ² =8.159，P=0.004).
