    Abstract：ObjectiveToobserethecliicaleetandafetyofnwuadruplethrapyinpatientswitheartfailureandcardacelargeen Methodstotalof8patietsiteartflurendcadclargeenttreatedatorospitalfropriltoApril23relldnd randomlydividedintoacontrolgroupndanobservationgroup(39paientspergroup)usingaandomnumbertable.Thecontrolgoupreceived conventioalaileosadiduplaalcctaee indices，cideedcdtsddeacseadeoosulsetiod the total effective rate (94.87 % ) than that in the control group (82.05 % )(Plt;0.05).While，both groups had higher the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)andlowertetticuladssolicaeterVEDndfttriculadstolicaeerVED)tanatotrat meanwhilecompared with control group，the observation group had higher LVEFand lower theLVESDand LVEDD ( Plt; lt;0.05).Both groups had higher thesystolicakoitdstcaloiDffedcooea with control group ......
